The website and checkout

The website introduces the author and provides sample pages. Buy buttons take you to the book’s product page on Payhip. The current price is a minimum of $18 USD, with an option to pay more on Payhip. Payhip collects your email at checkout, above the payment section, and provides a download page and an emailed receipt with a download link after successful payment. This website has no separate email-entry form and does not collect card details directly. Information submitted on Payhip is also subject to its privacy policy.

The website hosting provider may process technical information, such as your IP address, browser details, request times and security logs, to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.

Information for book purchases

The information needed to handle a purchase may include:

• Your email address, to send your receipt, book download link and essential order messages.
• Your order details, including the book purchased, payment status, amount, date and transaction reference.
• Billing details requested by the payment provider, such as your name, billing address or tax information where needed.
• Your communication preferences and a record of consent, if you separately subscribe to future-book updates.
• Information you choose to include when asking for help.

Payhip hosts the product, checkout and PDF delivery. Payment details are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout, such as Stripe or PayPal if enabled. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes on this website.

How information will be used

Purchase information will be used to confirm payment, deliver access to the PDF, resend download links, answer support requests, handle refunds or disputes, prevent fraud and maintain necessary transaction records.

An email address used for purchase and delivery is an order contact, not evidence by itself of agreement to receive future-book announcements from Iryna. We will use it for promotional announcements only if you separately agree. This website currently has no newsletter sign-up form. If an optional subscription is offered through Payhip or another service, your choice and the consent information shown there will be recorded. You do not need to subscribe to buy the book. You can withdraw marketing consent through an unsubscribe link or by contacting Iryna; this does not stop essential order messages.

Service providers and sharing

The hosting provider processes information needed to run and secure the site. Payhip stores the PDF, handles delivery emails and maintains order records for purchases. The payment provider displayed at checkout processes payment information. Payhip and the provider may process technical information such as IP address, country, device details and fraud-prevention signals under their own notices. We can access customer/order information through Payhip for delivery, support and permitted communications. Personal information will not be sold or shared with other businesses for their own marketing. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address fraud and protect legal rights.

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, where privacy protections may differ. See Payhip’s privacy policy and the privacy policy of the payment provider displayed at checkout.

Cookies and external links

We have not added advertising trackers, visitor analytics, embedded Instagram feeds or marketing cookies to this website. Hosting and security services may use their own technical storage or logs. Payhip is an external service and may use cookies or other technologies on its pages under its own privacy policy. Instagram icons are ordinary links; selecting one takes you to Instagram, where Meta’s privacy practices apply. We do not receive your Instagram password or account details through these links.

Keeping information and your choices

We retain the customer information available to us only as needed for delivery, support, transaction records, consent preferences and applicable obligations. Payhip and payment providers maintain their own records and retention schedules; a request to Iryna does not automatically delete records held independently by those services. Some records may need to be retained after a deletion request for accounting, dispute resolution or legal reasons. Payhip’s policy describes its own retention periods, including transaction records kept for tax purposes. A minimal opt-out record may be kept to avoid resubscribing you.

You may ask about your information or request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of marketing consent. Available rights depend on applicable law. We may need to verify a request before releasing or changing personal information. Please do not send card numbers, identity documents or other sensitive details through Instagram.
